#### 203 Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal Review of reconsideration decision (1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a decision of the National VET Regulator under subsection 201(1A). Review of decision not made by delegate (2) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for review of a reviewable decision if the decision was not made by a delegate of the National VET Regulator.
