19 National VET Regulator to issue certificate of registration
(1) After registering an applicant as an NVR registered training organisation, the National VET Regulator must give the applicant a certificate of registration. (2) A certificate of registration must state the matters prescribed by the regulations. (3) A certificate of registration is prima facie evidence of the matters stated in it.
