155Establishment

#### 155 Establishment (1) There is to be a National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (National VET Regulator). (2) The National VET Regulator may also be known as the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Skills Quality Authority. > Note: For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013), the National VET Regulator is the accountable authority of the listed entity known as the Australian Skills Quality Authority: see section 173. (3) Each State and Territory Education Minister must be consulted if the National VET Regulator is to be abolished.
