#### 151 Interim injunctions
If an application is made to the Federal Court or the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) for an injunction under section 150, the court may, before considering the application, grant an interim injunction restraining a person from engaging in conduct of a kind mentioned in that section.
