146Acceptance of undertakings

#### 146 Acceptance of undertakings (1) The National VET Regulator may accept a written undertaking given by a person if the Regulator considers that the person has committed an offence against this Act or contravened a civil penalty provision. (1A) The National VET Regulator may accept a written undertaking given by a person in connection with a matter relating to this Act. (2) If a person has given an undertaking under subsection (1) or (1A), the person may withdraw or vary the undertaking at any time, but only with the consent of the National VET Regulator. (3) If a person has given an undertaking under subsection (1) or (1A), the National VET Regulator may, by written notice given to the person, cancel the undertaking. (4) The National VET Regulator may publish an undertaking given under subsection (1) or (1A) on the National Register.
