#### 111 Civil penalty—breach of condition of registration (1) An NVR registered training organisation contravenes this subsection if: (a) a condition of the organisation’s registration, as mentioned in section 21, is of a kind prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph; and (b) the organisation does an act or omits to do an act; and (c) the act or omission breaches the condition. Civil penalty: 1,200 penalty units. (2) An NVR registered training organisation contravenes this subsection if: (a) a condition of the organisation’s registration, as mentioned in section 21, is of a kind prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this paragraph; and (b) the organisation does an act or omits to do an act; and (c) the act or omission breaches the condition. Civil penalty: 600 penalty units.
