#### 100A Offence—making false or misleading representation in advertisement An NVR registered training organisation commits an offence if: (a) the organisation makes a representation that relates to: (i) all or part of a VET course; or (ii) a course that is held out as being a VET course; or (iii) part of a course that is held out as being part of a VET course; or (iv) a VET qualification; or (v) a qualification that is held out as being a VET qualification; or (vi) the organisation’s operations; and (b) the representation is made in connection with an advertisement; and (c) the representation is false or misleading in a material particular.
