27 Obligations of a person disposing of a heavy vehicle
A person, or the agent of a person, who disposes of a registered heavy vehicle must, immediately after disposing of the vehicle: (a) complete an application for transfer of registration as disposer in the form approved for that purpose by the registration authority and sign it; and (b) give the completed form to the acquirer.
