sec.96 Effect of scheme pipeline elections
A scheme pipeline election takes effect on a day, determined by the AER, that is at least 6 months, but not more than 12 months, after the AER receives the election. However, if the AER does not make a determination under subsection (1) , the scheme pipeline election takes effect on the day that is 12 months after the AER receives the election. On the day a scheme pipeline election takes effect under this section, the non-scheme pipeline the subject of the scheme pipeline election becomes a scheme pipeline. s 96 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 52 (sec.96-ssec.1) A scheme pipeline election takes effect on a day, determined by the AER, that is at least 6 months, but not more than 12 months, after the AER receives the election.
