sec.95 Scheme pipeline elections
A service provider for a non-scheme pipeline may elect for the pipeline to be dealt with under this Law as a scheme pipeline (a scheme pipeline election ). A scheme pipeline election must be made in accordance with the Rules. s 95 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 52 (sec.95-ssec.1) A service provider for a non-scheme pipeline may elect for the pipeline to be dealt with under this Law as a scheme pipeline (a scheme pipeline election ). (sec.95-ssec.2) A scheme pipeline election must be made in accordance with the Rules.
