sec.94 Effect of scheme pipeline determination
A pipeline the subject of a scheme pipeline determination— becomes a scheme pipeline when the scheme pipeline determination takes effect; and continues to be a scheme pipeline while the scheme pipeline determination remains in effect. s 94 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 52
- (a) becomes a scheme pipeline when the scheme pipeline determination takes effect; and
- (b) continues to be a scheme pipeline while the scheme pipeline determination remains in effect.
