sec.91LA Retail market participation
A person participates in a regulated retail gas market in a registrable capacity if the person is classified under the Rules as a participant in the relevant market. A person cannot be classified under the Rules as a participant in a regulated retail gas market unless the person falls within 1 or more of the following classes: service providers; users; blend processing service providers; producers; storage providers; traders; a class prescribed under the Regulations. s 91LA ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14 amd 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 51 ; 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 48 (sec.91LA-ssec.1) A person participates in a regulated retail gas market in a registrable capacity if the person is classified under the Rules as a participant in the relevant market. (sec.91LA-ssec.2) A person cannot be classified under the Rules as a participant in a regulated retail gas market unless the person falls within 1 or more of the following classes: service providers; users; blend processing service providers; producers; storage providers; traders; a class prescribed under the Regulations.
