sec.91JC Investment
AEMO may invest money standing to the credit of a Rule fund. AEMO must, in exercising the power of investment, exercise the care, diligence and skill that a prudent person would exercise in managing the affairs of others. s 91JC ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14 (sec.91JC-ssec.1) AEMO may invest money standing to the credit of a Rule fund.
