sec.91GG Disclosure of protected information for safety, proper operation of the market etc
AEMO is authorised to disclose protected information if— the disclosure is necessary for— the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of the supply of covered gas; or the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of a pipeline; or the disclosure is necessary for the proper operation of a regulated gas market, a capacity auction or the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures,; or the information is in the public domain. AEMO may impose conditions to be complied with in relation to information disclosed under subsection (1) (a) or (b) . s 91GG ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14 amd 2018 No. 23 (SA) s 13 ; 2023 No. 7 (SA) s 12 ; 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 44 (sec.91GG-ssec.1) AEMO is authorised to disclose protected information if— the disclosure is necessary for— the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of the supply of covered gas; or the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of a pipeline; or the disclosure is necessary for the proper operation of a regulated gas market, a capacity auction or the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures,; or the information is in the public domain. (sec.91GG-ssec.2) AEMO may impose conditions to be complied with in relation to information disclosed under subsection (1) (a) or (b) .
- (a) the disclosure is necessary for— (i) the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of the supply of covered gas; or (ii) the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of a pipeline; or
- (i) the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of the supply of covered gas; or
- (ii) the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of a pipeline; or
- (b) the disclosure is necessary for the proper operation of a regulated gas market, a capacity auction or the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures,; or
- (c) the information is in the public domain.
- (i) the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of the supply of covered gas; or
- (ii) the safety, reliability, adequacy or security of a pipeline; or
