sec.91GE Disclosure of document with omission of protected information
If a document contains both protected information and other information, AEMO may disclose the document with the omission of the protected information. AEMO must include a note at the place in the document from which the protected information is omitted to the effect that protected information has been omitted from the document. s 91GE ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14 (sec.91GE-ssec.1) If a document contains both protected information and other information, AEMO may disclose the document with the omission of the protected information. (sec.91GE-ssec.2) AEMO must include a note at the place in the document from which the protected information is omitted to the effect that protected information has been omitted from the document.
