sec.91GD Disclosure for purposes of court and tribunal proceedings
AEMO is authorised to disclose protected information for the purposes of— civil or criminal proceedings; or a proceeding before the Tribunal or a tribunal established by or under a law of this jurisdiction or another participating jurisdiction. s 91GD ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14
- (a) civil or criminal proceedings; or
- (b) a proceeding before the Tribunal or a tribunal established by or under a law of this jurisdiction or another participating jurisdiction.
