sec.91BRM AEMO’s capacity auction functions
AEMO’s capacity auction functions are as follows: to establish, operate and administer 1 or more capacity auctions; in relation to a capacity auction, to make and administer capacity auction agreements; to make, amend or revoke Procedures governing the operation and administration of a capacity auction. AEMO may, subject to the Rules and Procedures, suspend a capacity auction. s 91BRM ins 2018 No. 23 (SA) s 11 (sec.91BRM-ssec.1) AEMO’s capacity auction functions are as follows: to establish, operate and administer 1 or more capacity auctions; in relation to a capacity auction, to make and administer capacity auction agreements; to make, amend or revoke Procedures governing the operation and administration of a capacity auction. (sec.91BRM-ssec.2) AEMO may, subject to the Rules and Procedures, suspend a capacity auction.
- (a) to establish, operate and administer 1 or more capacity auctions;
- (b) in relation to a capacity auction, to make and administer capacity auction agreements;
- (c) to make, amend or revoke Procedures governing the operation and administration of a capacity auction.
