sec.91BRB AEMO’s STTM functions
AEMO’s STTM functions are as follows: to operate and administer a short term trading market; to make, amend or revoke Procedures governing the operation and administration of a short term trading market. AEMO may trade in covered gas to the extent necessary or desirable to provide market operator services. AEMO may, subject to the Rules, suspend a short term trading market. s 91BRB ins 2009 No. 46 (SA) s 9 amd 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 34 (sec.91BRB-ssec.1) AEMO’s STTM functions are as follows: to operate and administer a short term trading market; to make, amend or revoke Procedures governing the operation and administration of a short term trading market. (sec.91BRB-ssec.2) AEMO may trade in covered gas to the extent necessary or desirable to provide market operator services. (sec.91BRB-ssec.3) AEMO may, subject to the Rules, suspend a short term trading market.
