sec.91BO Ownership of gas
AEMO must establish rules (the ownership rules ) for determining the ownership of gas in the declared transmission system and for resolving disputes about ownership. The ownership rules are to form part of the Wholesale Market Procedures. Subject to the ownership rules, gas injected into the declared transmission system remains the property of the person that injected it or, if that person was acting as an agent, that person’s principal. A dispute about the ownership of gas in the declared transmission system is to be determined in accordance with the Rules. s 91BO ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14 (sec.91BO-ssec.1) AEMO must establish rules (the ownership rules ) for determining the ownership of gas in the declared transmission system and for resolving disputes about ownership.
