sec.91BF Interconnection with facilities
A person must not connect a facility to the declared transmission system unless the person— has AEMO’s permission to do so; or is authorised to do so by an access determination. A facility includes— a pipeline; a blend processing facility; a storage facility; a gas fired electricity generator; any other plant or equipment that could have a material impact on the operation of the declared transmission system. s 91BF ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14 amd 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 30 (sec.91BF-ssec.1) A person must not connect a facility to the declared transmission system unless the person— has AEMO’s permission to do so; or is authorised to do so by an access determination. (sec.91BF-ssec.2) A facility includes— a pipeline; a blend processing facility; a storage facility; a gas fired electricity generator; any other plant or equipment that could have a material impact on the operation of the declared transmission system.
- (a) has AEMO’s permission to do so; or
- (b) is authorised to do so by an access determination.
