sec.91B Application of this Division

This Division applies to, and in relation to, a participating jurisdiction if (and only if) the application Act of that jurisdiction, or an instrument made under that Act, declares that it does so apply. In this Division— a reference to a storage provider extends to a declared LNG storage provider; and a reference to natural gas extends to liquefied natural gas stored by the declared LNG storage provider. A rule or other form of subordinate legislation made for the purposes of this Division applies to and in relation to a participating jurisdiction if (and only if) this Division applies to and in relation to that jurisdiction. s 91B ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 14 (sec.91B-ssec.1) This Division applies to, and in relation to, a participating jurisdiction if (and only if) the application Act of that jurisdiction, or an instrument made under that Act, declares that it does so apply. (sec.91B-ssec.2) In this Division— a reference to a storage provider extends to a declared LNG storage provider; and a reference to natural gas extends to liquefied natural gas stored by the declared LNG storage provider. (sec.91B-ssec.3) A rule or other form of subordinate legislation made for the purposes of this Division applies to and in relation to a participating jurisdiction if (and only if) this Division applies to and in relation to that jurisdiction.
