sec.91 Functions and powers of Tribunal under this Law
The Tribunal has the functions and powers conferred on it under Chapter 8 Part 5 and any Regulations made for the purposes of that Division. The Tribunal has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions. (sec.91-ssec.1) The Tribunal has the functions and powers conferred on it under Chapter 8 Part 5 and any Regulations made for the purposes of that Division.
