sec.73 AEMC must have regard to MCE statements of policy principles in relation to Rule making and reviews
The AEMC must have regard to any relevant MCE statement of policy principles— in making a Rule; or in conducting a review under section 83 .
- (a) in making a Rule; or
- (b) in conducting a review under section 83 .
