sec.7 Meaning of regulatory payment
A regulatory payment is a sum that a service provider had been required or allowed to pay to a user or an end user for a breach of, as the case requires— a pipeline reliability standard; or a pipeline service standard, because it was efficient for the service provider (in terms of the service provider’s overall business) to pay that sum. See also section 24 (2) (b) .
