sec.64E Cost of compliance audits
The cost of conducting a compliance audit under section 64B is an amount to be determined in accordance with the AER Compliance Procedures and Guidelines and is recoverable by the AER from the service provider to whom the audit relates. The cost of conducting a compliance audit under section 64C is to be borne by the service provider to whom the audit relates. s 64E ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 45 (sec.64E-ssec.1) The cost of conducting a compliance audit under section 64B is an amount to be determined in accordance with the AER Compliance Procedures and Guidelines and is recoverable by the AER from the service provider to whom the audit relates.
