sec.64B Compliance audits by AER
For the purpose of assessing a service provider’s compliance with the requirements of this Law, the Regulations and the Rules, the AER may— carry out compliance audits of any or all activities of the service provider; or arrange for the carrying out by contractors or other persons of compliance audits on behalf of the AER of any or all activities of the service provider. s 64B ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 45
- (a) carry out compliance audits of any or all activities of the service provider; or
- (b) arrange for the carrying out by contractors or other persons of compliance audits on behalf of the AER of any or all activities of the service provider.
