sec.57 Compliance with order
On publication of a general regulatory information order or a price information order in accordance with section 51 , a person who is a member of the class of persons to which the order applies must comply with the order. Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who has been given an exemption under section 58 . s 57 amd 2022 No. 3 (SA) s 17 (sec.57-ssec.1) On publication of a general regulatory information order or a price information order in accordance with section 51 , a person who is a member of the class of persons to which the order applies must comply with the order. (sec.57-ssec.2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a person who has been given an exemption under section 58 .
