sec.5 Meaning of prospective user
A prospective user is a person who seeks or wishes to be provided with a pipeline service by means of a pipeline. To avoid doubt, a user is also a prospective user if the user seeks or wishes to be provided with a pipeline service by means of a pipeline other than a pipeline service already provided to them under— a contract; or an access determination. s 5 amd 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 15 (sec.5-ssec.1) A prospective user is a person who seeks or wishes to be provided with a pipeline service by means of a pipeline. (sec.5-ssec.2) To avoid doubt, a user is also a prospective user if the user seeks or wishes to be provided with a pipeline service by means of a pipeline other than a pipeline service already provided to them under— a contract; or an access determination. s 5 amd 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 15
