sec.46 Meaning of regulatory information notice

A regulatory information notice is a notice prepared and served by the AER in accordance with this Division that requires the service provider, or a related provider, named in the notice to do either or both of the following: provide to the AER the information specified in the notice; prepare, maintain or keep information specified in the notice in a manner and form specified in the notice. A regulatory information notice does not include an order that is made as a price information order. s 46 amd 2022 No. 3 (SA) s 9 ; 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 36 (sec.46-ssec.1) A regulatory information notice is a notice prepared and served by the AER in accordance with this Division that requires the service provider, or a related provider, named in the notice to do either or both of the following: provide to the AER the information specified in the notice; prepare, maintain or keep information specified in the notice in a manner and form specified in the notice. (sec.46-ssec.2) A regulatory information notice does not include an order that is made as a price information order.

• (a) provide to the AER the information specified in the notice;
• (b) prepare, maintain or keep information specified in the notice in a manner and form specified in the notice.
