sec.314D Special provision for revocation of trial Rule
Part 1 Division 2 , Part 3 and Part 4 do not apply to the revocation of a trial Rule by the AEMC under section 314B (5) (a) or 314C (1) . As soon as practicable after revoking a trial Rule under section 314B (5) (a) or 314C (1) , the AEMC must— publish notice of the revocation, specifying the date on which the revocation takes effect, on its website; and publish reasons for the revocation on its website. s 314D ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 45 (sec.314D-ssec.1) Part 1 Division 2 , Part 3 and Part 4 do not apply to the revocation of a trial Rule by the AEMC under section 314B (5) (a) or 314C (1) . (sec.314D-ssec.2) As soon as practicable after revoking a trial Rule under section 314B (5) (a) or 314C (1) , the AEMC must— publish notice of the revocation, specifying the date on which the revocation takes effect, on its website; and publish reasons for the revocation on its website.
