sec.314C AEMC may revoke trial Rule on recommendation of AER
The AEMC may, on the recommendation of the AER, revoke a trial Rule in accordance with this Chapter. This section is in addition to, and does not limit, section 314B . s 314C ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 45 (sec.314C-ssec.1) The AEMC may, on the recommendation of the AER, revoke a trial Rule in accordance with this Chapter.
