sec.312 Proposal to make more preferable Rule
If, in view of the response to a draft Rule determination, the AEMC proposes to make a more preferable Rule, the AEMC may— make, and publish notice of, a draft Rule determination in respect of the proposed more preferable Rule; or make, and publish notice of, a final Rule determination for the proposed more preferable Rule. The final Rule determination, or further draft Rule determination, and the related notice, must be published within 30 business days after the end of the period for submissions or comments on the earlier draft Rule determination. s 312 sub 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 43 (sec.312-ssec.1) If, in view of the response to a draft Rule determination, the AEMC proposes to make a more preferable Rule, the AEMC may— make, and publish notice of, a draft Rule determination in respect of the proposed more preferable Rule; or make, and publish notice of, a final Rule determination for the proposed more preferable Rule. (sec.312-ssec.2) The final Rule determination, or further draft Rule determination, and the related notice, must be published within 30 business days after the end of the period for submissions or comments on the earlier draft Rule determination.
