sec.30ZC Compliance with trial waiver
A proponent granted a trial waiver must comply with any conditions to which the trial waiver is subject. If a proponent breaches subsection (1) , the AER may— revoke the trial waiver; or vary or revoke a condition of, or impose further conditions on, the trial waiver. Nothing in this section limits section 30ZD . s 30ZC ins 2022 No. 22 (SA) s 35 (sec.30ZC-ssec.1) A proponent granted a trial waiver must comply with any conditions to which the trial waiver is subject. (sec.30ZC-ssec.2) If a proponent breaches subsection (1) , the AER may— revoke the trial waiver; or vary or revoke a condition of, or impose further conditions on, the trial waiver. (sec.30ZC-ssec.3) Nothing in this section limits section 30ZD .
