sec.30O Commencement and duration of instrument
A rate of return instrument— commences on the day after it is published on the AER’s website; and remains in force until the end of the day it is replaced under section 30P . s 30O ins 2018 No. 33 (SA) s 15
- (a) commences on the day after it is published on the AER’s website; and
- (b) remains in force until the end of the day it is replaced under section 30P .
