sec.30C Rate of return instrument is binding on AER and scheme pipeline service providers
A rate of return instrument is binding on— the AER in relation to the performance or exercise of an AER economic regulatory function or power; and each scheme pipeline service provider in relation to a matter relevant to the performance or exercise of an AER economic regulatory function or power. s 30C ins 2018 No. 33 (SA) s 15 amd 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 30
- (a) the AER in relation to the performance or exercise of an AER economic regulatory function or power; and
- (b) each scheme pipeline service provider in relation to a matter relevant to the performance or exercise of an AER economic regulatory function or power.
