sec.30AP Compliance with notice
A person who is named in and served with a market monitoring information notice must comply with the notice. This section is a civil penalty provision. If a market monitoring information notice names 2 or more related bodies corporate, a notice served on the holding company is taken to have been served on each of the named related bodies corporate. s 30AP ins 2024 No. 12 (SA) s 15 (sec.30AP-ssec.1) A person who is named in and served with a market monitoring information notice must comply with the notice.
