sec.307 AEMC may hold public hearings before draft Rule determination
The AEMC may (but need not), at any time after publication of a notice under section 303 and before making a draft Rule determination, hold a hearing in relation to any proposed Rule. Notice of a hearing held under this section must— be published; and contain the information prescribed by the Regulations (if any). (sec.307-ssec.1) The AEMC may (but need not), at any time after publication of a notice under section 303 and before making a draft Rule determination, hold a hearing in relation to any proposed Rule. (sec.307-ssec.2) Notice of a hearing held under this section must— be published; and contain the information prescribed by the Regulations (if any).
