sec.289 Corporations also in breach if officers and employees are in breach
If an officer or employee of a corporation commits an act, which is within the scope of the actual or apparent authority of the officer or employee, that would, if that act were committed by the corporation, constitute a breach of a provision of this Law, the Regulations or the Rules, that corporation is to be taken to have contravened that provision. s 289 amd 2020 No. 37 (SA) s 70
