sec.270B Commercial Arbitration Acts to apply to proceedings before Dispute resolution panels
Subject to the modifications prescribed by the Regulations, the procedural provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act of this jurisdiction apply to the hearing of a rule dispute and decisions or determinations of a Dispute resolution panel. In this section— procedural provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act of this jurisdiction means the provisions prescribed by the Regulations for the purposes of this section. s 270B ins 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 37 sub 2021 No. 3 (SA) s 50 (sec.270B-ssec.1) Subject to the modifications prescribed by the Regulations, the procedural provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act of this jurisdiction apply to the hearing of a rule dispute and decisions or determinations of a Dispute resolution panel. (sec.270B-ssec.2) In this section— procedural provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act of this jurisdiction means the provisions prescribed by the Regulations for the purposes of this section.
