sec.228L Transportation service provider providing operational transportation services must not price discriminate
A transportation service provider must not engage in price discrimination when providing operational transportation services. Subsection (1) does not apply if the transportation service provider engages in price discrimination that is conducive to efficient service provision. s 228L ins 2018 No. 23 (SA) s 20 (sec.228L-ssec.1) A transportation service provider must not engage in price discrimination when providing operational transportation services.
