sec.22 Ministers of participating jurisdictions
The Ministers of the participating jurisdictions are— the South Australian Minister; and the Ministers of the Crown in right of the other participating jurisdictions administering the laws of those jurisdictions that apply this Law or any part of this Law (whether by a law that corresponds to Part 2 of the National Gas (South Australia) Act 2008 of South Australia or by some other law). s 22 amd 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 10 ; 2021 No. 3 (SA) s 35 ; 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 25
- (a) the South Australian Minister; and
- (b) the Ministers of the Crown in right of the other participating jurisdictions administering the laws of those jurisdictions that apply this Law or any part of this Law (whether by a law that corresponds to Part 2 of the National Gas (South Australia) Act 2008 of South Australia or by some other law).
