sec.218 AEMO’s obligation to maintain Bulletin Board
AEMO must maintain the Gas Bulletin Board. The Gas Bulletin Board— must be maintained as a website; and must contain information of the kind specified in the Rules in relation to the covered gas industry. AEMO may replace the website with another website containing information of the kind specified in the Rules in relation to the covered gas industry. s 218 sub 2009 No. 30 (SA) s 17 amd 2018 No. 23 (SA) s 15 ; 2022 No. 3 (SA) s 28 ; 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 55 (sec.218-ssec.1) AEMO must maintain the Gas Bulletin Board. (sec.218-ssec.2) The Gas Bulletin Board— must be maintained as a website; and must contain information of the kind specified in the Rules in relation to the covered gas industry. (sec.218-ssec.3) AEMO may replace the website with another website containing information of the kind specified in the Rules in relation to the covered gas industry.
