sec.197 Definitions
In this Part— facility means the following: a blend processing facility; a compression service facility; a storage facility; a facility, other than a pipeline, prescribed by the Regulations for the purpose of this definition; provider means the following: a blend processing service provider; a compression service provider; a storage provider; the owner, operator or controller of a facility prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (d) of the definition of facility . s 197 prev s 197 om 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 75 pres s 197 ins 2023 No. 36 (SA) s 52
- (a) a blend processing facility;
- (b) a compression service facility;
- (c) a storage facility;
- (d) a facility, other than a pipeline, prescribed by the Regulations for the purpose of this definition;
- (a) a blend processing service provider;
- (b) a compression service provider;
- (c) a storage provider;
- (d) the owner, operator or controller of a facility prescribed for the purpose of paragraph (d) of the definition of facility .
