sec.195 Correction of access determinations for clerical mistakes etc
This section applies if an access determination contains— a clerical mistake; or an error arising from an accidental slip or omission; or a material miscalculation of figures or a material mistake in the description of any person, thing or matter referred to in the determination; or a defect in form. Subject to the Rules, the relevant adjudicator for the access dispute the subject of the dispute hearing may correct the determination. s 195 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 75 (sec.195-ssec.1) This section applies if an access determination contains— a clerical mistake; or an error arising from an accidental slip or omission; or a material miscalculation of figures or a material mistake in the description of any person, thing or matter referred to in the determination; or a defect in form. (sec.195-ssec.2) Subject to the Rules, the relevant adjudicator for the access dispute the subject of the dispute hearing may correct the determination.
- (a) a clerical mistake; or
- (b) an error arising from an accidental slip or omission; or
- (c) a material miscalculation of figures or a material mistake in the description of any person, thing or matter referred to in the determination; or
- (d) a defect in form.
