sec.187 Regulations about the costs to be paid by parties to access dispute—scheme pipelines
The Regulations may provide for the dispute resolution body to— charge the parties to an access dispute for its costs in the access dispute; and apportion those costs between the parties. s 187 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 75
