sec.171 Subsequent service providers bound by access determinations
An access determination applies to every subsequent service provider as if that subsequent service provider were a party to the access dispute in respect of which the access determination was made. In this section— subsequent service provider means a service provider (other than the service provider to whom the access determination applies) who provides pipeline services— the subject of the access dispute; and in respect of which the access determination was made. s 171 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 75 (sec.171-ssec.1) An access determination applies to every subsequent service provider as if that subsequent service provider were a party to the access dispute in respect of which the access determination was made. (sec.171-ssec.2) In this section— subsequent service provider means a service provider (other than the service provider to whom the access determination applies) who provides pipeline services— the subject of the access dispute; and in respect of which the access determination was made.
- (a) the subject of the access dispute; and
- (b) in respect of which the access determination was made.
