sec.150 Application of this Chapter to disputes arising under the Rules
The provisions of this Chapter applicable to the determination of an access dispute apply to the determination of any dispute arising under any provision of the Rules specified in the Rules for the purposes of this section. This section applies subject to any modification of the provisions of this Chapter specified in the Rules. s 150 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 75 (sec.150-ssec.1) The provisions of this Chapter applicable to the determination of an access dispute apply to the determination of any dispute arising under any provision of the Rules specified in the Rules for the purposes of this section. (sec.150-ssec.2) This section applies subject to any modification of the provisions of this Chapter specified in the Rules.
