sec.149 Definitions
In this Chapter— access dispute pipeline , in relation to an access dispute, means the pipeline the subject of the dispute; dispute hearing means a hearing conducted by the relevant adjudicator for an access dispute for the purpose of making an access determination in relation to the dispute; party , in relation to an access dispute, has the meaning given by section 154 . s 149 sub 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 75
