sec.148D Duty to negotiate in good faith
A user or prospective user seeking access to a relevant pipeline service and the service provider for the service must negotiate in good faith with each other about— whether access can be granted to the user or prospective user; and if access is to be granted—the terms and conditions for the provision of access to the user or prospective user. s 148D ins 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 74
