sec.141 Accounts that must be prepared, maintained and kept
A service provider must prepare, maintain and keep— separate accounts in respect of pipeline services provided by means of every pipeline owned, operated or controlled by the service provider; and a consolidated set of accounts in respect of the whole of the business of the service provider. s 141 amd 2022 No. 21 (SA) s 66
- (a) separate accounts in respect of pipeline services provided by means of every pipeline owned, operated or controlled by the service provider; and
- (b) a consolidated set of accounts in respect of the whole of the business of the service provider.
